Demolition and reconstruction of a building in the center of Padua

Reconstruction of a residential building in the old town center of Padua.

The existing residential building was developed on two floors and a basement with a bearing structure in brick, a traditional slab cement mix, without thermal insulation and with an external finish consisting of plaster without special architectural interest.

The site presents some critical issues such as:

• Confined areas that do not allow access to trucks and crane placement;
• The road communication must be always permitted;
• The site must remain always tidy and clean
• The work must be performed in compliance with the hours of silence

He then proceeded to the demolition of the existing structure without damaging the adjacent buildings, the subsequent reconstruction of the building with seismic structure and high energy performance by using perimeter walls made with single cast forms 10 + 5NES37 and horizontal elements made with ECOSOLAIO 4 + 4 + 20 +5
