Bi-Villa – Mestre (VE)

The architecture takes shape inside Ecosism formworks that fit it perfectly thanks to the custom made manufacturing which allows to make real the most daring and original design lines. The photos illustrate the construction of a residential building consisting of two prestigious villas in Mestre (Venice) built using the Ecosism® technology.

The main goal at the beginning of the construction was to obtain a friendly, without structural constraints that limit the needs of the people who will live in there. The design and installation of arcades allow you to keep the cooler inland areas in the summer and warmer in winter exploiting the natural radiation of the sun during the year. The decision to focus on energy-saving building with protection against earthquakes and fire is winning because it allows to acquire more light fixtures, leaving more resources to research in healthy spaces. This was realized in cooperation with the Z2G Ltd. Mestre (VE), which used:

1. For bearing walls the single-cast form 15 + 5NES42 (1 cm plaster-mesh + 15 cm of EPS + 20 cm + 5 cm cast of EPS + 1 cm plaster-mesh);
2. To the outer non-bearing walls the single-cast form Form 25 + 5NES42 (1 cm plaster holder net + 25 cm + 10 cm EPS jet + 5 cm EPS + 1 cm plaster-mesh);
3. For internal bearing walls form 5 + 5NES27 (1 cm plaster-mesh, + 5 cm EPS + 15 cm cast + 5 cm EPS + 1 cm plaster-mesh), and 5 + 5NES32 (1 cm plaster-mesh, + 5 cm EPS + 20 cm + 5 cm cast of EPS + 1 cm plaster-mesh);
4. For the inter-floor and covering slab and the ECOSOLAIO and ECOSOLAIO TOP lightened and isolated;
5. For overhangs and porches the lightened and isolated ECOSOLAIO form.
