The double cast insulating module is the product that provides the best performance in terms of sound insulation. Ideal for the separation of floors, the double-cast form is particularly suitable for sound insulation of stairs and ladders bodies of residential complexes.
Due to its insulating capacity, this module is used when different housing units require thermal and acoustic separation, as in the case of two-family, three-family and terraced houses or between heated rooms and not.
This separation which continues until the upper side of the floor, cuts the poured concrete of the floor slab thus eliminates annoying sound transmission between different areas.
The Ecosism® double-cast insulating concrete form module all these features into one single product, allowing the installation of two, totally isolated, load-bearing walls simultaneously, and ensures faster construction. The double cast wall is realized according to the specific needs of the project: therefore, it will be possible to size the inner thickness of the concrete casting and the insulating materials in relation to the structural, acoustical and fireproofing performance that the wall is supposed to guarantee.

Installation
You will receive a special instruction manual to follow during the installation of the forms. It will show production figures, where each wall will be indicated with the related Ecosism® modules, signed and numbered in such a way that during the installation, the operator will follow a precise mounting procedure.
