ECOSISM TECHNOLOGY

The essential features of ECOSISM technology are innovative, conception and a creative building. The ECOSISM module is made of threedimensional galvanized steel wire weft.

This weft gives body to a variable size panel that have three essential functions:

1. by a side it contains inside itself, in specific intended spaces, insulate materials which vary depending on the wall requested features and also depending on the planner's / consumer's needs;
2. moreover, at the building yard it will be filled in the empty spaces (generated by the insulate materials) with additional scaffolding and concrete (as structural material);
3. finally, it works as support and as an anchoring to the finishing materials.

Putting the double-sided insulated panel vertically it acts as a insulated bearing wall with three essential features: a structural function, a plugging function and an insulating function. Furthermore putting a single-sided insulated panel horizontally with the insulated side laying down it acts as a ceiling. Depending on the needs the ECOSISM ceiling could act as a filled slab, as a parallel ribbing slab or as a crossed ribbing slab. The leaking scaffolding created is the ideal bearing for the desired structural material: traditional concrete or lightened concrete relating to the expected wall carrying capacity.
