The preventive Proposal explains peculiar conditions to accomplish the work such as wall surfaces settlement, even if ceiling and roof are included in work, concrete volume needed, iron reinforcement needed, and timing, and finally also the additional material settlement. In a similar way the Proposal explains the material's carriage method and even if an assembling team is requested for training or for accomplishment of a rough structure.
Once the proposal is defined the contract will be finalized. Then the technical department haveto draw the production table act for the final agreement.
