Seismic

Load bearings walls structure in reinforced concrete which guarantees high strength to hearthquakes, to the wind action (hurricanes, tornadoes), and to natural or accidental disasters. Over time maximum protection of the investment as well as the maximum SAFETY for the people who will spend most of their lives inside the buildings.

Thermal

Double, internal and external insulation system / package / layer, of the wall: no thermal bridges for highly energy efficient buildings. The arrangement oft he insulant, its size and typology allows to raise the surface temperature of the building envelope and completely eliminate the surface and interstitial condensation of the structures in order to ensure long-term performance of the materials.

Thermal lag

The high mass envelope obtained combining the structural material (reinforced concrete) with different types and thicknesses of insulating materials allows optimum thermal lag to protect interiors from summer overheating and maximum comfort in buildings during the whole year.

Fire

The performance of the reinforced concrete structure, together with the use of fire-resistant insulation materials, ensures, even in special conditions, structural strength, people safety, and asset protection estate in the event of fire.

Acoustic

The high mass of the structure in reinforced concrete, together with the use of soundproofing insulation materials exploit the absorption property of mineral fibers, provides high soundproofing performance and protection from sound coming from adjacent rooms, plants, equipments or from outside.

Comfort

The summary of the above mentioned performances, the absence of noise, the large energy savings, the homogeneity of the surface temperatures inside the opaque building envelope, the high mass of the structure combined with the seismic resistance of the building give the ECOSISM structures outstanding comfort level quite unknown in today‘s living standards.
